It's in contract already.
If you're interested in seeing it, I could arrange to see it and possibly go into a backup position on it. Many that go into contract will fall out for various reasons.
However, and I think many will say this here, we are jumping in the middle. I would suggest that we discuss what you're looking for, obtain your prequalification, and then proceed with looking at properties that meet your needs and affordability. If this house was perfect for you, and you hadn't obtained your prequalification yet, then you may miss out on it and be very disappointed. Being prepared when the right house becomes available is crucial in this market.
