Josh, there is very little that is trustworthy about this ad including the number of bedrooms. This ad does not disclose what the reserve point is or if a reserve exists. (a reserve is the lowest acceptable bid that will be acceptable. This reserve limit may be substancially above the promoted auction price. beware.
If you are looking for good values in real estate consult a professional.

This listing is from Realty Trac - not the owner or a Realtor. If you are interested you should check out the auction information and attend. In a lot of cases the bank keeps the house instead of letting it go too low and in other cases there are no bids so the bank has no choice. Buying from an auction is more risky than a short sale or buying from a bank.
