i have lad in brooklyn it is the only open spot on the block was used for 20 years as a garden it is zoned

residential their was a sf home on it years ago. i am less than half the price of other lots i have seen for sale yet no bites it on autumn ave. is any one still in the market ?

If your property is not selling it is most likely because the price you are asking is too high. There is little demand for vacant lots right now because most developers are bleeding with the declining market. You really have to offer a great deal to get vacant land sold these days.
