Scarlet,

It depends whether or not it has a view and its size. A lower floor price might be appropriate at $140,000 while an upper floor might be more appropriately priced at $200K+.

The unit you refer to is not a 1 bedroom and it depends partly on the view. The North view is preferred in this building. I can send you the past comparable so you can decide for yourself.

Great building, amazing location. What floor? what view? Need that information to provide the best answer.

I am of the opinion that if you can't get a great deal then don't buy. I would pay $75k for a unit that needs a gut. That leaves you room for the "unknowns" that always come up during a project.

Feel free to call or email me for details.
