Hello Michelle,

I agree with Corey. Hiring a Buyer Agent (at no cost to you) is the way to go!! Ask yourself this: Would you go to court without hiring a lawyer to fight for you? Real estate is the same way, each side is entitled to have professional representation. As a Certified Buyer Representative, I have built my real estate business around helping buyers (many of them first time buyers) achieve the "American Dream" of home ownership. If you would like a free buyer's consultation, please call me at (518) 506-4589 or email me at I would love to talk to you more about your needs.

All the best,

Now is a GREAT time to buy! Contact your local REALTOR today:

Hello Michelle,
You'd scroll down to the bottom ot the trulia listing for this apartment & fill out the form where it says "inquire about this property." The message will be sent to the listing agent, and she should follow up with you shortly. While looking this up for you, I noticed that there are several other appartments available in Troy within this price range. If you would like additional info on any, feel free to contact me at any time. You may want to also consider utilizing a professional Buyer Agent, as they will assist you with your search and streamline everything by scheduling all your appointments for you vs you having to contact every agent/owner one by one. Their services are also free most times.
Best Regards.
