It appears there are contradictory answers to your questions about the property. I can only tell you that each property is unique and no one can tell you how low a seller will go down in price. However, there are certain strategies that will help you determine about how low a seller will go down in price. If you give me a call, I would be happy to share strategies that will get you the best price on a home. If you would like to look at all of the homes that are Available on the Market in REAL TIME, you can utilize my free home search at

I can also send you a direct feed from the MLS which lists homes in your price range.

Hi Marie,
From the map it looks like the property you're inquiring about is a 2/2 condo that is listed at $175,000. It's a short sale and those can take awhile from the time the seller accepts your offer to the time the short sale lender approves the sale and the price and terms. You can offer less than the asking price. Please feel free to email me at or call me and we'll be happy to help you and email you the listing info with the pictures. It looks like a nice unit.

After searching two multiple listings services I found no record of this property being listed for sale. Note that it was posted on Trulia by a national company, not by a real estate broker. The closest 4-bedroom homes currently listed for sale are both on the 400 block of Longbranch, one for $238,000 and one for $262,000. Both are short sales and the latter has been approved for a short sale at the list price.

For a complete inventory of homes for sale as well as to sign up for a free service that will deliver new listings matching your criteria to your email box every morning, you can visit the link below. There you will also find a number of other important tools for home buyers, all provided free by the central coast's exclusive buyer broker, representing buyers and only buyers.

Hi Marie,

I would suggest you contact a local realtor who could look up the comps in the area and then counsel you on what prove offer to submit.
