That is a company that alerts the public of upcoming foreclosure. I will be honest I have no idea how detailed their website is. The only way you are going to find out is to signup and see for yourself… . It is a seven day free trial. You are not the first to ask the same question from advertising Realty Trac has on Trulia. The best thing to do is to find a Broker you want to work with. Lloyd remember depending on the foreclosed property if you like and have all your ducks in a row move quickly because many times you could end up in a multiple offer situation.

Best of Luck.

Looks like a false listing. Trulia is famous for these.

If your looking to buy, get a good buyers agent to help. Its free to use their services.

This listing is a bit convoluted. Please visit my free Website at and we can work together and find a home meeting your requirements and criteria. There are many properties in that and the surrounding areas that you may be interested in.

It would be best to work with a Agent to help you look for a property to purchase in the area you desire.

These are pre foreclosure alerts. It does not guarantee that the owner will go into foreclosure. If it does get taken over by the bank then it could take up to a year for this home to be active.Your best bet is to hire a buyers agent and have them give you an up to date list of available properties. If you would like more information please feel free to contact us at 773-627-7608. Good luck!
