Hello Michelle,

When searching listings on the internet it is easy to confuse rental listings with sales listings. Some web
sites do not sort them out for you. We personalize your search criteria to find exactly what you are looking for without your wasting your time. Good house hunting,

Sincerely,

Joe

Actually, it is a fair price for a luxury waterfront pool home in Miami Beach. Trulia® will eventually purge this listing as it does cause a bit of confusion. Maybe this site will update the type of properties to indicate a rental price or sales price.

Michelle, that's a monthly rental price. The owner didn't mention that this is a rental home.
