Unfortunately, this is an attempt by the advertiser to get you to pay money to see their listing. Please protest to Trulia, and ask that the company be banned from posting to the site. The $2,000 number - if you read the advert below - is probably the loan balance, NOT the value or the asking price for the home. '
If you are interested in buying a home in Miami, you should contact a reputable Realtor who can help you do so. Our area uses a regional multiple listing service that contains ALL properties listed for sale. Once we understand your price range and needs, we can find homes that are available for you.

Hello Monica,
I work that area, so feel free to contact me and we will get together and put together an offer. As John said, there is no fee for my services to you, which include all the negotiations, assisting you with financing, inspections, and everything all the way to the closing table.

786-205-1133.
Regards,
Ramesh

Find A Realtor to help you, it's what they do, and it costs you nothing. Maybe a friend knows a good one, or ask around at work if anyone knows a good Realtor.
