Provide me with your address and I will email you the recent comparisons in terms of actives, pendings and solds. Keep in mind we are in a changing market and you will need to factor this in when determining the current actual value. My email is Are you thinking of selling, refinancing or possibly having your city assessment adjusted to current market value for tax purposes?

Hi Diana,

If you have a mountain view, let me know and I might have a buyer for you :). As far as comps....any agent can send those to you. If you'd like to email me your address, I'll get some comps for you to look through.

Are you looking for a comp to sell, refinance or just curious? If you are looking to sell, contact a few Realtors in your area and have them present you with a market analysis of your area. You can also check out websites like, where you can request a market analysis by a subscribing agent without any obligation. Try to avoid automated comps, where computers run the data and there are no human review. These can sometimes be unrelistic depending on what database and comparables the computer finds. Please feel free to let me know if I can help you further in any way.
