Aaron -

We can easily run the property to see what's out on it and develop an idea of things, but the home is no longer listed for sale. It might just be that they're going to relist and have yet to do it - let me know if we can help

Hello Aaron: The multiple listing service shows this property listing agreement the sellers had with a broker has expired. However, the sellers may still be interested in looking at offers. If you're interested enough in making an offer on this house and you're not in a brokerage agreement with another agent I'd be happy to assist you with your offer. If you can click the link below it will take you to the listing or copy the entire link and paste it in your browser. Thanks and good luck.…

It looks like the listing agreement expired. The home is not currently listed as a foreclosure nor does it have an auction date set.

It seems they may have been talking with their lender about a short sale.

I would be happy to assist you more with this property if you are interested.
