Tennessee St. has a mix of older residential and commercial lots. And, if a residential home being sold with an occupying tenant, it may very well be a commercial, residential listing.

I agree with Patrick ... question is are you searching for residential or commercial. I would assume residential

Area of McKinney has amazing homes however some can be mixed with commercial .

You are correct that Collincad shows this property as a residential lot. However, the Realist tax information that is connected to the MLS shows it as a vacant commercial lot. I can check with the zoning office on Monday to see wha the correct zoning is.

This area of Tennessee Street is a mixture of commercial and residential land use. The property probably has more value for commercial use and the street is rather busy for residential use.

If you will send your email address to patrickcjackson@gmail.com, I will forward the complete listing from MLS and let you know what I find out from zoning on Monday.
