There is really no way to know for certain. Maybe a relative will move into the house or they will eventually sell. If there were no living relatives or a will it could take a long time for something to happen. The only way to know if to be able to contact the relatives of the owner if that is possible.

If you would like to talk about purchasing a home or financing options please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hope this helps.

It's too bad that the owner passed.

Sometimes homes get held up on probate after the reading of the will (if there was a will). It's not uncommon for homes to sit vacant for some time during this process.

Give me a call, and I can try to dig up some more information and share it with you (cant write about it on a public forum like this.

There is no evidence that it is or will be for sale. It is listed in the name of a Maria D Hernandez. Did you know her?

I looked for you in the MLS and don't see any record of it being for sale or sold recently. Just because it is still vacant does not mean much, as if there was no will, it could take years in court to determine who is the legal heir of the property and who can sell it. My advice is this… If you are in the market to buy a home, contact me ASAP and I will be happy to assist you at no cost to you! I happen to be one of the top agents in the greater Austin area, represent buyers like you at no cost, and have a great team of lenders, inspectors, etc. to assist us throughout the process. I am very experienced with negotiations and actually teach Buyer Representation, Negotiations, etc. Please call me if I may be of further assistance. Joe

How do you know it is vacant?
If you look at the the link, the word "sold" appears there. So, it must have been a listing available a while ago, but was sold. If you are looking for any properties in that area, I'd be glad to help.

Hi atellez,

It doesn't appear to be on the market. The fact of it being vacant don't necessary means its for sale. I also checked on the tax records and doesn't show as Foreclosed aether.

On the other hand 2307 Peppertree CT is Available.

Contact me if you need further assistance and please feel free to check my webpage for additional resources and some unlisted properties.

Best of luck!
