Yes the garage has currently been converted to a large storage area. You could convert the garage back or if you like the extra storage space for usage, use the driveway for your car. Aberdeen Street is a great location. You can walk down the street one way to watch sunset on the water or the other way to get on the Pinellas Trail.

I feel an informed client makes the best decisions regarding their real estate needs. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

You can park on the bricks of Aberdeen St, the driveway or for some Aberdeen homes, the alley.
Aberdeen is one of the most interesting streets in Dunedin with all the well maintained homes and the ornate mailboxes these homeowners seem to prefer. Easy access to downtown and the waterfront and you've got a real exciting place to live.

Need more Dunedin information about homes for sale just give a call.

You're correct - the garage has been converted for storage. As far as parking, you could convert the garage back or you could park in the driveway.
