There are programs, such as FHA, that only require 3.5% down. USDARD loans are still 0% down, but must be in an area that qualifies. Give me a call if you need more info. Tony Brust. 309-208-7748

There are many types of loans out there that would require less then 20% down depending on the type of loan you are looking for. I can help you locate someone to get you the right loan.
