I checked the MLS for this home, any home on Windcrest. There is not a home listed at this time. Therefore, i could not determine the exact number. You may want to check local newspapers in the area for public notices. This appears to be a foreclosure auction to be held at the courthouse. The company advertising this auction may or may not be affiliated with the bank filing for foreclosure. If you follow the links to their website they do offer a trial subscripion which will give you full details. I don't know what info you would need to share for a trial subscription or if you would want to do that. Be careful though! The street itself only has about 20 homes on it but I would not expect to see a sign in the yard or anything of that nature.
There are many good oportunities out there for buyers on foreclosures and pre-foreclosures, or "Short Sales". Often, short sales can be a better bet as you can actually get first hand info from the home owner, the home owner hasn't damaged the home, and the bank is willing to negotiate so they do not add to their already growing inventories. Many agents steer buyers away from these oportunities because there can be a time delay in getting a response because of multiple parties and then the bank wants to negotiate the agents fees as well. I am okay with these factors as long as my client is aware of the situation and agrees to wait out the bank.
I can set you up with a customized search that will give you access to all area foreclosures and pre-foreclosures if you like. You would be notified of new homes that meet your criteria within minutes, not days like other services. If this is of interest to you, you can reach me through my profile here on Trulia. Oh, I did I mention this is FREE and no subscription?
