this is not an actual listing,but a Realty Trac posting. Realty Trac posts properties from foreclosure & notice of Default lists that are available to the public. They are a for profit site & they get their profit by getting people to register & pay for info that is available for free. I suggest that you contact a local agent who can get the most accurate info from the MLS at no cost to you. do not pay for this info!

Some times it can take a month or two before it hits the market, even after the bank get it from the foreclosure sale. It takes a while to get all the paper work in order, before the bank has it ready to market to the public.

Best to contact a real estate agent who will represent you. Banks do not usually deal direct with home buyers, you want an agent who can comp property submit required doc's for a winning bid.
