This particular co-op's sublet policy is such that you cannot sublet until after you own the apartment for at least two years. If I can be of further assistance please let me know. My office is right around the corner form this building. Good luck!

yes, but have to check with coop rules & regs as far as what fee is associated with a lease and whether or not there is a time restraint - for instance you may not be able to lease it until after the 1year.
