This property (at 336 Susan Constant) is not currently listed for sale in MLS. However, I have information from an expired listing as of 2009...Newport Towne is the neighborhood. If you would like more listings currently available in Newport Towne, I would be glad to send you some. There is a Property Owners Association in NT so it would be important to make sure that there is not a cap (imposed by the HOA) on how many properties can be purchased by non-occupant owners and/or how many can be rented. I doubt if there is one but If you would like me to get this information for you for sure, please let me know. There shouldn't be a problem with buying it non-occupant as far as underwriting the property, if you do it with a conventional loan. Assuming the HOA doesn't have any limits on investors buying in NT, that would make it easier to acquire and rent as an investment. Rent in MLS shows as $700 in 2010; my company's rental division could give me more information and/or an opinion for you. Please call/text me!
