Hello Pat, I recommend Sheryl Arndt, as she works for a Lender that doesn't require a minimum 620 fico score to work with you or approve you. She is a Veteran as well and really loves assisting Veterans.

We work with a couple of local lender's that specialize in VA Home Loans. You'll want to get pre-approved, if you haven't already. That way, you'll know exactly what your maximum purchase price is -- plus, you'll need that pre-approval to submit with your purchase offer. Sure, but the truth of the matter is that this is not a true listing. Homes on Yale are in the mid $200's and go up from there. If it was true an investor would have picked it up already.
