That particular property is a bank-approved short sale and the status is no longer Active/Available but is accepting Backup offers. The listing price is significantly less than other current properties in Woodside Estates. I have seen a range of HOA fees from $72 to $90 depending upon the calculations of the individual agents and the information provided by their clients so a safe bet would be about $80/month. If you are interested in any similar properties, please go to my website where you will find all my contact information: Good luck!! Scott

Dear Home Buyer:

This home that you saw on Trulia is currently under contract, it is located in a community called "Preserve" and it was a short sale. The advertised montly HOA fee was $80.00, which had to be confirmed.

The best way to take advantage of opportunities like this is to pair up with a Realtor who will look for the properties every single day and keep you in the loop.

If you are not working with a Realtor yet, I would like to offer my services to you. I am a Coral Springs resident and experienced in finding my clients the best homes.

Just send me an email and I can start sending you homes as soon as today.

Best regards,
