Having an inspector look at it will tell you what you need to know. Sometimes past inspections can be public records. That is only something I have heard and am not 100% sure on though. Getting a new inspection would be the best way to assure the information you are getting in up to date. All the things you mentioned are very important and should be checked.

These are things you want to have your inspector check out during the option period.

We'll walk you through the buying process step by step.

Always get a prefessional inspection done before you purchase.
