after editing home facts from trulia ,1137 forest ave palo alto is still 2 bed/1 bath instead of 3 bed/ 2 bath ?

Generally the tax assessor records are the source of computer generated valuations. The Santa Clara County assessors office says your home is a 3 bed 2 bath home. I don't know of any reason Trulia would show 2 bed 1 bath

Online permit search does not show any additions having been made.

Probably because the source Trulia is pulling from is the County Tax Records. What does the Tax Record show?
