Seller's have to be creative in our current housing market. There are many different ways to finance a home depending on your credit history and whether you intend to live in it or use it as a rental property. I have more than 25 years local real estate experience and will guide you through the process if you would like to phone me. Ken Richardson (260) 422-1888

This property has extensive repairs that are needed and most likely would not qualify for any government secured financing other than a renovation mortgage. Check with your lender to see what kind of renovation loans they may be able to assist you with. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions you may have.
