Would you consider purchasing on a land contract, or solely leasing with an option?

Hi Norman ... I'm an agent with Keller Williams Realty in Brighton. Gary is correct, any agent can help you find leases, leases with options, land contracts or a home to purchase with a mortgage, If you are considering a lease or lease option make sure the agent knows what kind of verbiage should be added to the lease in the event owner of the home is unable to make payments the bank decides to foreclose while you're a tenant.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or visit my website. You can search for any type of home just like Realtors do, save your favorite homes and favorite searches.

Any local real estate professional would be able to search for homes that are for lease or have a lease option through the MLS. They can, as a Buyer's Agent, also represent your best interests in the transaction.

Simply stop in to our Brighton office at 6870 Grand River near English Gardens and an agent would be glad to help. Or, 11200 Highland Rd in Hartland near Leo's Coney Island.
