I am interested in buying your home, unfortunately due to my disability I was unable to keep my credit in good standing. I have been awarded disability payments so I can make monthly mortgage payments.
My proposal is a lease with an option to buy at an agreed on price.
I would basically rent the home for two to three years with payments going to an escrow account and being distributed to you, we would agree on a price and within the allotted time I will pay you in full for the home.
My attorney will right up the contract after we agree on terms.
If this sounds like an option you will conceder please contact me…

I'm not sure who you think you're writing to, but banks who own property probably aren't on this website.

From your information provided, this home is owned by a bank after a foreclosure. They do not offer their homes in a rent to own contract, as far as I am aware.

To find a home available for a rent to own, you would need to find a home where your monthly rental payments can pay whatever expenses the owner is incurring. That would most likely be a home where the owner's are NOT upside down on their mortgage, and the value of the home. There are people who specialize in homes that want to do a rent to own. You might want to try to contact them.

Be careful not to get in contract on a home that is upside down. You run the risk that the home goes to foreclosure during your rental period, your option money is forfeited and you are displaced. A reputable realtor who specializes in rent to own properties might help you there.
