31 E Collom St was built before 1925. My great-grandfather lived there in 1910. Was the house rebuilt? Are there records for the original structure?

Dear Bladley,
I see a lot of older Philadelphia properties where the online real estate records say that they were build in 1925, when we know they are much older. You can take that to mean 1925 or before.

You could go to City Hall and do some research to determine when the property was actually built if you want to know.
