Listing information is 'dated', unless it comes from the MLS. The most current information is retreived directly from the MLS. Websites such as Trulia do their best to update the information, but you are better served by working with a real estate professional. We are in-touch with the market and can help you through the search for a home and the escrow process for the purchase. The best part....it cost you, the Buyer, nothing! Yep, all of commissions are paid by the Seller.

One more item. There are some Sellers who do not wish their property to be placed on the MLS. Normally this is because they completing work on the home. When the work is completed the home would normally be released to the MLS for all Realtors to access. But, until this occurs, only the Listing Agent, and perhaps their office, will be aware of this home.

If you have any more questions or would like to discuss this further, I am available to help.

This is EXACTLY why you should be working with a professional real estate agent "like myself" and several others on this site. Realtors know up to the moment current properties for sale and even networking with their peers will hear of properties before they hit the Mass Public and go on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service)

Call any of us anytime. We are here to help,

Not sure about this home, but not all listings on Trulia are directly connected to the MLS, so it can be quite common for a property to be sold or not on the market at all.

Best of luck
