Home rendered not move in quality could mean some but not limited to the following:
No plumbing, extreme roof or foundation damage, mold issues, electric,

Hi Elizabeth,

This property is now pending purchase--under contract and waiting to close. I reviewed both the MLS listing and the HUD inspection report and there was no language in the MLS listing or the HUD inspection report that would reflect this home uninhabitable. I don't know where this information came from that was listed in the referenced ad.
