I think it would be a good rental.

With no HOA street parking tends to be a problem.

These are good questions, that you should also be asking yourself. Properties that fit into 'good" investments whether they are residential or commercial will depend on your goals and plans as an investor. As the other agents that have responded to your message indicate, seek the knowledge of an experienced agent who you can relate to and preferably is also an investor of the type properties you are interested in. I hope this helps.

Hi Kim,

This home could be a good investment purchase depending on the condition, the condition of the neighbhorhood, and of course the price you could actually buy the home from the bank. As it stands now, the last villa sold at $92,000 with only a little over 1200 living square feet. The MLS also shows there is no HOA..that can be great for investment rentals. The price is very competitive. Give me a call at (407) 908-2890 to discuss the details on the property and/or other investment homes in the Orlando area.
