Hi....i am looking for properties that the seller would entertain a rent to own or land contract solution......My real estate att'y handles all paperwork......it is NOT wise to try to handle legal docs without an att'y....FYI...Matt

Please let me know.....any sellers.....rent to own/land contracts? Matt

Land contracts have pretty much been replaced by rent to own agreements. I would be happy to present a rent to own contract on your behalf for this property. Contact me, and we can set up a meeting and a showing so you can see the home.
