Your best bet in this market is to find an Agent, who specializes in the areas you are searching in, to represent you. This way you will have someone watching out for you and when a home is available within your parameters, you'll be made aware of this immediately. As a Buyer, in most all cases, the Seller pays the real estate commission, it is split between the Listing Agent and Buyer's Agent - which means representation to you is free! The Seller has a representative - so should you.
Good Luck in your house hunting venture.

Gus, unfortunately that home doesn't exist. I searched for ANY home currently listed for sale on 'CALLE DEL NORTE' in Chandler, and there's nothing that matches that description.

It appears to be an old 'RealtyTrac' foreclosure listing from who knows how long ago that's resurfaced here on Trulia. RealtyTrac shares it's listings with Trulia, but sadly most are out of date and are likely to have been SOLD many months ago.

Everyday I see MANY people searching for homes here on Trulia, just like yourself, only to find that they are already 'Pending' or even worse, SOLD. Websites like Trulia and Zillow aren't able to update their listings as often as they should, and mainly what you see are homes that are either under contract or sold.

The only way to get accurate and up-to-date property listings that are 'ACTIVE' and AVAILABLE is through the local Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

If you are truly serious about buying a home here in AZ, I would strongly suggest to work closely with a local agent. It will save you a considerable amount of TIME and MONEY.

I went ahead and did a quick search of the entire city of Chandler for ALL 'Active' single-family-detached homes for sale under $200,000 with a minimum 3bed/2bath/1500 sq-ft. There are currently only 39 listings. (I did NOT look at condos/townhomes)

Here is the direct MLS link to those 39 properties:

This link is valid until 5/6/2012.

Look through that list and see if anything interests you. There aren't many properties available in Chandler right now under $200k. Homes are selling VERY fast right now with multiple offers within days of them hitting the market.

If you aren't already working with a buyer's agent and would like help in finding a home, don't hesitate to give me a call or send me a quick email.

Gus, We are down to 14k active properties in the Phoenix area, about a two month supply right now. Properties are being snapped up by investors and others with cash, multiple offers not unheard of. I would be happy to help you find a home in Chandler that suits your needs. I can provide you something of value while you search. Please do not hesitate to contact me so I can assist.

It looks like you are looking at an auction property. There is a huge differance in purchasing an auction property versus a regular property. To start with you must put down $10,000 just to be able to bid on the property. Then you only have a very short time to pay the balance. If you are interested in this option then please email me and I will get you in touch with one of my partners who works the auction process.

If you are interested in a normal property then please check out my website at http://www.RanchoElDoradoRealEstate.com where you can find up to date information. The property search feature is located under the Real Estate tab at the top of the page.
