Why isn't the address posted? Obviously location is the first consideration.

It's possible the owner did not want the addressed disclosed and thus you'd need to contact an agent.

I have noticed these types of ads from time to time on Trulia. You can contact the party that posted it and ask for more details if you would like. If you would like to search the MLS with the same capabilities that I have as a realtor, you can do on my website at http://www.jenniemillerrealtor.com

The web is a great tool for some efforts, finding a home isn't always one of those.

Would be glad to provide you a feed directly from the Multiple Listing Service if you would like one?

Some of the mobile home manufacturers that also provide a lot, don't share their business with other real estate agents; in other words, they will not work with buyers' agents. That may be the case here although I am not sure. If you really want to know, contact the agent listed on the posting. Sorry I don't have a better answer for this property.

I would be happy to help you find another property that will work for you. Contact me anytime.
