You must make sure your agent claims the listing and or has it posted to Trulia. Some agents know zero about this while other agents have it automatically posted from their web site...syndication!

Best of luck to you and hope things work out this go round.

I see you are the owner. I suggest you reach out to your listing agent and ask them to make sure it is posted on Trulia correctly for you.

The photos are lovely I hope it sells fast.

Hi, David,

The house in question, 8614 Victoria Ct, in Springfield, was originally listed by Long and Foster. The owner withdrew the listing with Long & Foster, and re-listed the house with Keller Williams at a lower asking price. The new MLS number. available for viewing at, is FX7794711.

This home appears to have been listed on 3/1 with one agent for $459,900 but that listing has been withdrawn and the home has been relisted with a new agent and a new company for $450,000. Would you like to arrange to see inside?
I can get you in today.

No no. I'm the seller! I just was wondering why my property is listed as "withdrawn". ;-)
