Hi Louiege, This home is located near Summerlin Pkwy/Anasazi Dr. In a listing contract there is a place where the owners initial what information they want put out on the public websites, one of which is whether they want their address out there. This shouldn't be a red flag to you as the owner is thinking of security/scams as well. While there are scams out there, the lack of an address shouldn't be what concerns you. The best thing you can do to protect against a rental scam is to use a Realtor to help you with your search.

I would like to offer my assistance including sending you the full listing of this particular property. If you will call me at 702-370-1072 or email me at lauri365@aol.com, I can take your criteria and put together a search to send you that will be legitimate properties.
