A condo is real property as is a house and is required to pay NYC Real Estate Property Taxes.
Of course is is apportioned by unit depending on size and amount of bedrooms and you might be eligible for the STAR program, which you can find an applicaton online. If you qualify the
property tax could be reduced anywhere from 50~100 per month. Call me should have any
more questions, or would like to view a condo.
