Why have all the previous owners sold after only 3 years? What's the problem?

Asked by Bill Hebinck, Las Vegas, NV Wed May 6, 2009

My wife and I are interested in this property but uneasy about the high turn-over rate.

Hi Bill,

Many people in this current market are selling their home after the 3rd year because of a possible ARM (Adjustable Rate Mortgage) interest rate they may have received when they purchased the home.

If you are interested in purchasing a home, I would be happy to work with you as your agent. I help many buyers find the right home for them and make sure they get the best deal possible on it. Feel free to call me anytime.
