Why do you send an email and I return it and then I cannot access details to my own home? This is not user friendly!

Barbara, respectfully, just because you are the current owner of a home does not give you access to any more details to a home than any other shopper online. The best way to get access to detailed information is to use the services of a listing agent/REALTOR(R). They will not only be allowed to help you with all the details you are probably looking for, they will be legally obligated to do so once you sign a written agreement. You may find it helpful to read about representation here: http://www.scotthomesales.com/information-about-brokerage/
