Yes, here is information from Oakland County public records.

6/27/2008 224,000.00 WAR/DEED

What is not shown here are seller concessions for financing.

All homes in the area are negatively affected by foreclosure sales. This was not a short sale or foreclosure per records.

Actually it was an FHA loan and when you take the concessions out the actual sale price was $213,000. Still $131.80 per square foot is pretty darn good these days!

I would say the Seller did quite well there! It was a VA loan, closed at $224,000, and $11,000 was provided in concessions. The house was listed at $232,000.
