Who's selling this house?

Asked by jebus, Portland, OR Fri Jan 16, 2009

Anybody know why this house is listed here for 60K, but there's a sign out front that says "For Sale by Owner $177,000?

The house is not listed in RMLS. Sold for $78,000 in 2000 has been for sale 2 other times and last time $119,900 in 2004 and did not sell. Looks like a for sale by owner and probably a misprint on price. Some banks will price a home low to get investors to bid it up but this is not a bank. Good luck if you would like me to find you a great house give me a call I have some great low down money available if you have a job and pretty good credit and there are tax credits available to buyers that have not owned a house in the past 3 years. N Portland is very active now because of the low priced homes there.

Watch out for this.
These guys seem like agents working for people with no license.

This should not be on Trulia in my opinion.

This looks like somebody trying to get paid for real estate activity without a license.

Property is at:

Eight Two Two Two N Smith St, Portland, OR

Nine two Five seven is the lock box code. Go look is what the ad says.

Equity Home Solutions is the owner.

Call them I guess but watch yourself. This seems like unregulated activity.
Best wishes;
