Who (agent) represented the seller on this property?

Asked by Michael Bulloch, 92108 Wed Jan 7, 2009

Mr Din took the opportunity to NOT answer my question but market his services. One's services would appear more attractive if they were to provide value such as by answering the question. So, assuming I'll get further marketing plugs by reasking the question, that's fine but please provide an answer along with your pitch. Thanks in advance.

Greetings Mr. Bulloch,

Thank you for your reply.

It was not my intent to twart your question with a marketing plug but to find out your interest in the property.

According the advertisements, the office representing the seller of the bank owned property was Prince & Assoc.

Once again, if I can be of any assistance, please advise. I will be in Calexico later this afternoon showing property and inspecting property for valuation reports.

If you have a particular property in mind and would like to "see" it virtually, I'll take my video cam with me and shoot 60-90 seconds of a video sweep so you can see the particular property in real time, not just static photos.

Hope this helps and I apologize if my reply seemed to twart your question, that was not my intent.
