Hi John!

I'm not sure what two pictures you're seeing, or where you're seeing them, so I pulled up the full listing on the property at 11623 N 30th Dr, in Phoenix. You can view the full listing by following the web link below. There are no photos uploaded to the listing by the seller's agent, which is a bit puzzling. Also, this is a short sale property. If you've not connected with an experienced Buyer's Broker to assist and represent you, I would encourage you to do so right away. S/he can help you research these kinds of things, and otherwise answer all of your questions.

All the best!

If you would like some accurate listings in the area please contact me and I will send them!

Trulia is great for questions and answers however many listings are inaccurate and I would like to give accurate available homes.

Hi John,

One of the best ways to get accurate and current real estate information is to allow a real estate agent to assist you. Otherwise, you will continue to receive incomplete or even outdated information. As a potential buyer, you'll be best served by allowing an experienced, full-time Buyer's Agent to help you. Just as sellers have listing agents helping them, buyers enlist the services of a Buyer's Agent, but be careful of listing agents who are "moonlighting" as Buyer's Agents.

For accurate & current real estate information, including all the homes for sale that match your exact needs, as well as the interpretive analysis and why it may be a good idea to wait to buy, let me know. I am a Buyer's Agent and would be glad to give you the information that you need in order to make good real estate decisions.

The correct picture seem to be the one on the top of the page. Remember that the only reliable and up to date information is the one coming directly from the MLS. The information on many other sites can be outdated, incomplete and many cases wrong. If you want to search the MLS directly for free, you can do so by visiting my website and clicking on the crorresponding link.

That specific property is indeed for sale at that price, but talk to a buyer's agent regarding the expectations on a short sale. It can take up to 6 months just to get a response from the bank, close to 90% of them never close and many of the ones that do end up selling for over asking price (in some cases much more!)

Good luck
