One thing that there is not a shortage of in the greater Fort Myers/Cape Coral area is desirable communities! There are so many wonderful ones that it sure is tough to single out one or two without more information about your lifestyle and investment goals.

There are desirable neighborhoods that are gated, un-gated, well established, new, golfing etc. in the Fort Myers area.
