It's slightly West of Route 1 in Henlopen Landing.
As I mentioned in detail on the other question on beach access/location:
If you log into my site it allows you to directly search the Sussex MLS via Public Access - and I have maps on there where you can zoom out from the property and see it's exactly location relevant to Route 1. It's just slightly West of Route 1, a little South of Red Mill Pond where my family and friends have homes. It might take us 10-15 minutes to Cape Henlopen Beach and State Park from there, or 15-20 to Rehoboth depending on traffic. When I grew up and was vacationing off of 24 on Herring Creek - there really wasn't traffic to speak of! But that was decades ago.

for "All Sussex and Beach Listings". Once you have the search page click on Residential, then choose Single Family, price $450k-500k and Community "Henlopen Landing" and hit search. Click on the one property, and click More Details (If I have your email address I can send you a screen shot or send the listing directly to you :)
Now in the upper right hand corner of the Details click Map Location - you are pinpointed on the map where the property is and can do a google-type earth view to see the real house, down to the grass! You can zoom out on Street View and see where you are in relation to other landmarks. It is technically in a zone called (Betw Route 1 and 113) per the Sussex MLS.
