They have the wrong MLS number attached to the listing, it should be 2522285. The total yearly taxes are $9,423.37, that includes the village portion.

The tax amount is often the annual amount. However, some parts of the taxes may be paid quarterly (ie; village taxes). It is a good idea to always verify taxes with the local tax assessor's office.

When it comes to taxes it's always a good idea to reverify with the tax assessor's office, or check my nassauproperty.com
