Hi Harry,

There are several units available in Park Laurel. The community itself is located in between downtown and Hillcrest near actual Balboa Park. The listing only displays the community address and not the unit # therefore I'm not able to determine exactly which unit you are inquiring about, however the association fees for these units are approximately $1,125/mo. The lowest priced unit currently on the market is listed at $1,335,000. If you'd like additional information or would like to schedule a viewing of this property please feel free to contact me direct.

Sincerely,
Katrina Hamilton

Harry,

I believe the listing you are referring to is a lease listing. Are you looking for a purchase? Regardless, the HOA dues in this building are around $1,000/mo (includes concierge, security, gym, pool/spa etc.)

The building is located in Bankers Hill, right at Laurel and 6th Ave. The closest trolley line, I believe, is at Kettner a few blocks north of Laurel - about a 15-20 minute walk. If not at Kettner, the closest trolley stop would be close on Broadway.

Best
