These lots will be on septic systems and have wells for water. The gas is propane, not natural gas. This lot looks to be relatively far from existing electricity. You should inquire about whether there is a well permit if there isn't a well already drilled. Wells need to pump at least 6 gallons per minute to be suited for domestic use. This land looks like it would pass the Health Department's percolation test, but you should ask if a perc test has ever been completed. Access may or may not be year-round, so also inquire about the plowing of roads, by whome, cost, etc. DO you have an agent?
By the pricing of this property, I doubt it has water yet. Drilling costs can be up to $35,000 if you have to go fairly deep to hit water. Call me and I can get some more information for you. 435-649-5472.
