Depending on the upgrades and property condition, it could rent from $2600-3000 on average. Are you looking to rent it out? Call with questions at (424) 238-2333 x28

Hi Don,

Your home should rent between $2,600-$2,900 per month. If it's updated it could rent for about $3,200 per month.
It would take about 1 month to be rented, that includes listed time, to marketing, open house, and getting prospective tenant application.

Marketing is what it's all about.
I prepare the ideal tenant profile, get my marketing team to write and design a copy for our ads, flyers, internet site, and syndication to over 500 websites; such as Realtor.com, Yahoo real estate, MSN, Trulia, Zillow, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest and others. Your home will also be on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) the largest real estate database, Coldwell Banker and other company owned websites. And, not to forget, send out over 1,000 full-color postcards to prospective tenants. And that’s just for starters!

Call me for a free, no hassle consultation. (310) 463-8088

Depending on the condition, a 3 bedroom 3 bath home, 2100 square feet should rent for approximately $2500 to $3000 per month.
