Hi JB

The city has a list of surveyors. But their might be a copy of the certified plot plan on file and then you can use the same surveyor to stake the property this will save you some money.

I would ask a few local engineers.
The details of the Special Permit may have specific costs that your question does not include.

The certified plot plan is between 500 -1000

But based on what you are trying to do on the lot and what the town will most likely require it will be much higher. ie; elevations, septic location, septic design, water retention, conservation issues if any.
