Hello Gennady,

How are you? What have you decided regarding the multi family property? The units in the building are spacious and come with tenants. If the rental information is not shown in the listing, then you could ask the listing agent to find out the rents and other details. Besides rents you may wan to know ask for an income and expense statement which will show you much more information. Also if the tenants have leases.

As an experienced property manager, I could assist you with your buying decision. I also manage a multi unit complex in Oakland as well as other properties.

Let me know if you would like a consultation at your convenience.

According to the MLS there are two units, each tenant occupied. Both units are about 1400sq Ft. One unit has four bedrooms and the other has five. The price is pretty reasonable for a property of this type. A lot of people are interested in that area of Oakland since it is close to BART and the freeways and they feel there is a lot of upside potential.

Are you in the market for a multi-family property? I would be happy to show you this one and others in the area. I am a Realtor who also owns a couple of income properties not too far from this one. I am also a member of the Rental Housing Association of Northern Alameda County so I have some knowledge of the issues around Oakland rent control. I am pretty familiar with this type of property.
